Order in Council 376/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to clause 6(1)(

b) of the Medicine Act, 1991 , Peter Pielsticker of Tehkummah be reappointed as a part-time member of the Council of the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council effective July 1, 2022 or the date this Order in Council is made, whichever is later, to and including March 30, 2024.
