Order in Council 1655/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Build Ontario Act (Budget Measures), 2021

January 1, 2026 is named as the day on which the following provisions of the Build Ontario Act (Budget Measures), 2021 , c. 40, which amend the Insurance Act , come into force:
