Order in Council 308/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 21 (2) of the Public Service of Ontario Act, 2006, Order in Council O.C. 327/2022 dated February 17, 2022, reappointing Allen Ponak as part-time member of the Public Service Grievance Board be revoked, effective February 10, 2023.
