Order in Council 362/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas subsection 13.1(1) of the Excellent Care for All Act, 2010 provides that the Lieutenant Governor in Council shall appoint a person to be the patient ombudsman;

Now therefore , pursuant to subsection 13.1(1) of the Excellent Care for All Act, 2010,

Craig Thompson

is appointed as patient ombudsman for a term of five years commencing on March 29, 2021.
