Order in Council 1051/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 2(2) of the Executive Council Act, the following Orders in Council are hereby revoked:

Order in Council OC -964/2019, dated June 20, 2019, which appointed the Honourable Michael Tibollo, Minister without Portfolio, as Associate Minister of Mental Health and Addictions.

Order in Council OC -816/2021, dated June 18, 2021, which appointed the Honourable Nina Tangri, Minister without Portfolio, as Associate Minister of Small Business and Red Tape Reduction.

Order in Council OC -817/2021, dated June 18, 2021, which appointed the Honourable Kaleed Rasheed, Minister without Portfolio, as Associate Minister of Digital Government.

Order in Council OC -1401/2021, dated October 20, 2021, which appointed the Honourable Stan Cho, Minister without Portfolio, as Associate Minister of Transportation ( GTA ).
