OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated June 17, 1998, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act, and the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (

a) revoke the appointment of Aleshia Patton of R.R.#6 Amherst, Cumberland County, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits while employed with the Municipality of the County of Cumberland, which appointment was made by Order in Council 97 90, dated February 4, 1997; and (

b) appoint Aleshia Patton of Amherst, Cumberland County, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, while employed with the Province of Nova Scotia.
