OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Labour dated March 25, 1999, pursuant to the

Interpretation Act is pleased to amend Order in Council 1999-118 dated March 19, 1999, by repealing clause (

a) thereof and substituting therefor the following: "(

a) reappoint Andrea Smillie of Lunenburg, Lunenburg County, as a full-time appeal commissioner of the Workers' Compensation Appeals Tribunal for a term of office of one year commencing March 26, 1999, subject to dismissal for just cause;".
