Order in Council 1457/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to the provisions of the Niagara Parks Act ,

section 3, subsection 2, clauses b, c, d and e, respectively, and upon the recommendation of the Councils indicated, the following persons be reappointed members of The Niagara Parks Commission for a period effective from the 1 st day of December, 2016 to the 30 th day of November, 2017:
