Order in Council 1807/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Patricia McQuaid was reappointed a part-time member and Vice Chair of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a term of five years by Order in Council 1733/2016 dated November 28, 2016;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 58(2) of the Fire Protection and Prevention Act, 1997 and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Patricia McQuaid of Toronto be appointed a part-time member and Vice Chair of the Fire Safety Commission for a period effective the later of November 23, 2016, or the date of this Order in Council, and ending November 22, 2021.
