Order in Council 550/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 2(2) of the Heritage Hunting and Fishing Act, 2002 ,

Greg Farrant of Warkworth

be reappointed as part-time member of the Fish and Wildlife Heritage Commission to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding two years effective the later of April 24, 2023 and the date this Order in Council is made.
