Order in Council 1244/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 428/2014, dated March 19, 2014, William McLean was reappointed as a part-time member of the Death Investigation Oversight Council, effective from the 4th day of May 2014, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years from the effective date of the appointment;

And

Whereas William McLean has agreed to be further reappointed as a part-time member of the Death Investigation Oversight Council;

Therefore pursuant to subsection 8(2) of the Coroners Act , R.S.O. 1990, c. C.37, as amended, William McLean is hereby further reappointed as a part-time member of the Death Investigation Oversight Council, effective from the 4 th day of May 2017, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a further period not exceeding two years from the effective date of this reappointment.
