Presiding em er of the Executive Council PROVINCE OF BRITISH COLUMBIA ORDER OF THE LIEUTENANT GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL Order in Council No. 1589 , Approved and Ordered Lieutenant Governor Executive Council Chambers, Victoria On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that (

a) Janice Henkel be appointed to the position of Clerk in the Office of the Minister of Municipal Affairs, being a position which will require the incumbent to act in a confidential capacity to a member of the Executive Council, with terms and conditions of employment equivalent to those established for category B appointments in Order in Council 806/89; (

b) the appointment of Janice Henkel, made by Order in Council 360/00, is rescinded. Minister of Mult ulturalisrn and Immigration and Minister Responsible for the Public Service (This
