Loi sur l’urbanisme, cha- pitre C-12 des Lois révisées de 1973, est abrogé et rem- placé par ce qui suit : 55(1) When a subdivision plan of land in a rural com- munity that has not enacted a by-law under subsection 190.079(1) of the Municipalities Act with respect to the service of roads and streets provides for the laying out of public or future streets or a subdivision plan of land not in a municipality provides for the laying out of public or fu- ture streets, approval of the plan by the development offi- cer shall not be given, if the land is not in an integrated service area, or shall not be effective, if the land is in an integrated service area, until the plan has been assented to by the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure. 55(1) Lorsque le plan de lotissement d’un terrain situé dans une communauté rurale qui n’a pas édicté d’arrêté relativement à la voirie en vertu du paragraphe 190.079(1) de la

a) by repealing subsection (1) and substituting the following:

c) in paragraph (2)(

a) by striking out “the location of the streets mentioned in subsection (1), or the land for public purposes mentioned therein” and substitut- ing “the location of the streets mentioned in subsection (1) or (1.1), or the land for public purposes mentioned in subsection (1) or (1.2)”.
