Order in Council 136/2026

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to clause 162 (1) (

a) of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, 1997 , Grant Walsh of Ottawa be reappointed as part-time chair of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding one year, effective the later of February 3, 2026 and the date this Order in Council is made.
