Order in Council 1509/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 10(1) of the Pesticides Act,

Craig L. Hunter of Simcoe, Ontario

be reappointed as a part-time member of the Pesticides Advisory Committee to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years from October 2, 2016.

[Mr. Hunter’s most recent reappointment by Order in Council 1429/2013 expires October 1, 2016.]
