Order in Council 823/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999 , Anita Ann John of Toronto be reappointed a part-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a period effective June 30, 2018, and ending December 31, 2018.
