Loi sur l’abrogation des lois Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as fol- lows: Sa Majesté, sur l’avis et avec le consentement de l’As- semblée législative du Nouveau-Brunswick, édicte : Annual report of legislation not in force Rapport annuel des lois non en vigueur 1(1) In every calendar year, the Attorney General shall lay before the Legislative Assembly, on any of the first five days on which the Legislative Assembly sits, a report listing every public Act of the Legislature or provision of a public Act of the Legislature that is to come into force on a day or days to be fixed by proclamation and that 1(1) Chaque année civile, le procureur général dépose devant l’Assemblée législative, au cours des cinq premiers jours de séance, un rapport énumérant les lois d’intérêt public de la Législature ou leurs dispositions qui doivent entrer en vigueur à une date ou aux dates fixées par pro- clamation et qui : (

a) was assented to nine years or more before the De- cember immediately preceding the laying of the re- port, and

b) had not come into force on or before that Decem- ber 31.

an Act or provision referred to in subsection (1) is, in the opinion of the Attorney General, substantially amended by
