Order in Council 865/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to clause 7(1)(

b) of the Respiratory Therapy Act, 1991 , Kim Morris of Val Caron, be reappointed as a part-time member of the Council of the College of Respiratory Therapists of Ontario to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, effective September 13, 2020.
