OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Education and Early Childhood Development and the Minister of Public Works dated July 6, 2022, and pursuant to
Section 77 of
Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act , is pleased, effective July 19, 2022, to authorize the Minister of Education and Early Childhood Development entering into a net debt obligation in a total amount not to exceed $8,090,000.00 in capital funding for Phase 2 of the Springhill Elementary School project.
