PLANNING EXEMPTION AMENDMENT REGULATION

For information only: Made by the Lieutenant Governor in Council (O.C. 1/2024) on

January 8, 2024 pursuant to

section 618 of the Municipal Government Act.

1 The Planning Exemption Regulation (AR 223/2000) is

amended by this Regulation.

2 The following is added after

section 4.8:

Application re development

4.9(1)

Part 17 of the Act and the regulations do not apply to a

development of land and buildings if the development is effected

solely for the purposes of a reception and referral or accommodation

centre for housing and other services for the homeless, where the

lands and buildings are within the area described as follows:

Plan 7069KS

Block Six

(6) Lot Sixteen

(16) Excepting thereout:

A) The north 32.5 feet in uniform width throughout

B) Plan 0123475 - road

Excepting thereout all mines and minerals

(2) This

section is repealed on April 1, 2024.

December 13, 2023 pursuant to

Section 26 of the Marketing of Agricultural Products

Act and

section 10 of the Potato Growers of Alberta Plan Regulation (AR 291/2002).

1 The Potato Growers of Alberta Commission Regulation

(AR 277/98) is amended by this Regulation.

Section 19 is amended by striking out "March 31, 2024"

and substituting "March 31, 2031".

AMENDMENT REGULATION

by Alberta Agricultural Products Marketing Council on December 13, 2023 pursuant

to sections 26 and 27 of the Marketing of Agricultural Products Act and

Section 9 of

the Alberta Milk Plan Regulation (AR 28/2022).

1 The Alberta Milk Marketing Regulation (AR 151/2002) is

amended by this Regulation.

Section 48 is amended by striking out "February 28, 2024"

and substituting "February 28, 2026".
