Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, and clause 19(
f) of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to rescind Order in Council 88-754 dated July 12, 1988, which relates to the sale of 2.6 acres of Crown land situate at Wellington, Halifax County, effective on and after December 20, 2010.
