An Act to amend The Bills of Sale Act [Assented to March 29, 1973.] Rev. Stat. c. 392,

section amended Subsection (1) of

section of The Bills of Sale Act is amended by striking out the words “duly registered bill of sale that evidences a mortgage of chattels” in the first and second lines and substituting the following: “bill of sale duly registered on or after the first day of June, 1973”.
