OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the administration of the Liquor Control Act dated July 25, 2001, pursuant to subsection 103(3) of
Chapter 28 of the Acts of 2000, the Justice and Administration Reform
(2000) Act, and subsection 3(7) of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to order and declare by proclamation that Sections 69 to 84 of
Chapter 28 of the Acts of 2000, the Justice and Administration Reform
(2000) Act, come into force on and not before July 26, 2001.
