Order in Council 1644/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 1(2) of the Environmental Review Tribunal Act, 2000 and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Justin Duncan of Toronto be appointed a full-time member and Vice Chair of the Environmental Review Tribunal for a term of two years, effective the later of August 28, 2017, or the date of this Order in Council.

Further,

whereas Justin Duncan was reappointed a full-time member of the Environmental Review Tribunal for a term of three years, effective July 23, 2016, by Order in Council O.C. 809/2016;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 77(

a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 , Order in Council O.C. 809/2016 be revoked effective the later of August 28, 2017, or the date of this Order in Council.
