Order in Council 989/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 60/2025, dated January 16, 2025, Ian D. M. MacKenzie was further reappointed as a member of the City of Sault Ste. Marie Police Service Board for a period not to exceed two years, effective from February 28, 2025;

And

whereas Ian D. M. MacKenzie has, in writing, resigned his appointment, effective July 11, 2025;

Therefore , pursuant to

section 31 of the Community Safety and Policing Act, 2019 , Order in Council numbered O.C. 60/2025, dated January 16, 2025, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council is made.
