OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated September 12, 2017, and pursuant to

Section 16 of

Chapter 197 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Health Services and Insurance Act , and in accordance with the Department of Health and Wellness Capital Grants Program, is pleased to approve the making of a grant by the Minister of Health and Wellness on behalf of the Province to the Nova Scotia Health Authority in the total amount up to four million, two hundred and ten thousand dollars ($4,210,000.00) to contribute to the cost of the replacement CT scan unit for the Dartmouth General Hospital and a replacement MRI unit for the Cape Breton Regional Hospital, the cost of which grant is to be on the basis of invoiced costs submitted to the Department of Health and Wellness and charged to Capital Grants, effective September 19, 2017.
