OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Community Services dated January 8, 2007, and pursuant to Sections 4 and 5 of

Chapter 130 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Disabled Persons' Commission Act, is pleased to: (a)\x09revoke the appointment of Andre McConnell as a member of the Disabled Persons Commission made by Order in Council 2005-126 dated March 31, 2005, effective March 2, 2007; and (b)\x09appoint Lynn Hartwell, Executive Director, Policy and Information Management, Department of Community Services, as a member of the Disabled Persons Commission for a term of two years commencing March 2, 2007.
