Order in Council 1052/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas the Director of the Family Responsibility Office was appointed by the Lieutenant Governor in Council pursuant to Order in Council O.C. 907/2020 dated June 11, 2020;

And

whereas the Lieutenant Governor in Council is of the opinion that the holder of the office is no longer able to perform the duties of Director;

Therefore, pursuant to

section 2 of the Family Responsibility and Support Arrears Enforcement Act, 1996 , S.O. 1996,

Chapter 31,

George Karlos of Toronto

And furthermore , that Order in Council 907/2020 is hereby revoked.
