chapter E-7.2 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 1982, is amended by add- ing after subsection 10(1) the following: 1 La

chapitre E-7.2 des Lois du Nouveau-Brunswick de 1982, est modifiée par l’adjonction de ce qui suit après le paragraphe 10(1) : 10(1.1) Notwithstanding subsection (1), the minimum wage shall be deemed to have been duly increased by regulation 10(1.1)

Malgré ce que prévoit le paragraphe (1), le sa- laire minimum est réputé avoir été dûment augmenté par règlement : (

a) on January 1, 2018, by an amount equivalent to any cost of living increase since April 1, 2017, with respect to the cost to an employee of purchasing the necessities of life, including but not limited to hous- ing, food, clothing, transportation and health care and supplies; and

a) le er janvier 2018, d’un montant équivalant à l’augmentation du coût de la vie depuis le 1er avril 2017 à l’égard du prix d’achat, pour un sala- rié, des nécessités de la vie, notamment le prix du lo- gement, de la nourriture, des vêtements, du transport, des soins de santé et des fournitures médicales; (

b) every 90 days subsequent to January 1, 2018, by an amount equivalent to any cost of living increase in the previous 90 days with respect to the cost to an em- ployee of purchasing the necessities of life, including but not limited to housing, food, clothing, transporta- tion and health care and supplies.
