OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated March 5, 2014, and pursuant to

Section 4 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased, effective March 7, 2014, to: (

a) revoke Order in Council 2013-359; and (

b) assign the administration of the Advisory Council on the Status of Women Act to the Honourable Joanne Bernard, a Member of the Executive Council, who may be described as the Minister responsible for the Advisory Council on the Status of Women Act .
