OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated March 13, 2018, pursuant to clause 7(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Natural Resources: (

a) acquiring parcels of land located at Oyster Pond, Ship Harbour, Salmon River, Lake Charlotte and Smiths Settlement, Halifax County (currently identified by PIDs 40198939, 00625731, 00494146, 00489179, 00595777 and 40190985) which are shown outlined in bold on the map marked

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation from Prest Bros. Limited or its approved successors or assigns for a purchase price of $345,310 plus any legal, appraisal or survey costs incurred by the Minister in respect of the purchase, subject to the condition that Prest Bros. Limited are able to certify title in a manner deemed sufficient by the Department of Justice; and (

b) executing such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
