OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated March 10, 2008, and pursuant to subsections 78(1), (2) and (3) of
Chapter 28 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 2004, the Legal Profession Act, and by letters patent under the Great Seal of the Province of Nova Scotia, is pleased to appoint the following to be during pleasure a provincial officer under the name of "Her Majesty's Counsel learned in the law in the Province of Nova Scotia": Matthew Ryan.
