OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Finance dated July 10, 2009, and pursuant to subsections 5(1) and 5(3),
Section 7 and subsection 10(1) of
Chapter 11 of the Acts of 1992, the Utility and Review Board Act, is pleased to: (
a) appoint Roberta J. Clarke of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a full-time member of the Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board effective July 17, 2009; and (
b) determine the remuneration for Roberta J. Clarke as a full-time member of the Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board to be equivalent to the Senior Officials Pay Plan, Assistant Deputy Ministers, (89) and direct that the member be eligible to an annual merit adjustment to the compa ratio in accordance with the Senior Officials Pay Plan, as determined by the Chair, to a maximum of Assistant Deputy Ministers (100).
