OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated May 30, 2012, and pursuant to
Section 4 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, and all other authority in him vested, is pleased to direct that responsibility for the Nova Scotia Police Review Board and the Nova Scotia Police Complaints Commissioner be assigned to the Honourable Maurice Smith, a member of the Executive Council, effective May 30, 2012.
