In general terms, the purpose of Development Regulations Amendment No. 24, 2007, is to re-zone a parcel of land located north of Birchy Nap Road. (1) Section 2 of the Hopedale Alcohol Committee Regulations is amended by adding immediately after paragraph (

b) the follow- ing: (b.1) "community" means a community as defined in the Act but for the purpose of these regulations is limited to the Inuit Community of Hopedale; NLR 27/06

(3) Paragraph 2(

d) of the regulations is repealed.

(4) Paragraph 2(

e) of the regulations is amended by deleting the word "municipality" and substituting the word "community". 2. (1) Subsection 3(1) of the re gulations is amended by deleting the word "municipality" and by substituting instead the word "community". (2) Subsection 3(2) of the regulations is amended by deleting the word "municipality" and by substituting instead the word "community". 3. Paragraph 14(

d) of the regulations is amended by deleting the word "municipality" wherever it appears and by substituting instead the word "community".
