OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the administration of

Chapter 3 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Advisory Council on the Status of Women Act, dated August 23, 2007, and pursuant to

Section 6 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister responsible for the administration of the Advisory Council on the Status of Women Act to: (

a) enter into a contract with Agriteam Canada Consulting, Ltd., substantially in the form attached as

Schedule "A" to and forming part of the report and recommendation; and (

b) authorize the Minister to do such things and execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
