B.C. Reg. 20/2023 , deposited February 2, 2023, under the MINERAL TENURE ACT [section 22] and COAL ACT [section 21]. Regulation of the Chief Gold Commissioner, dated February 2, 2023.

I, Mark Messmer, Chief Gold Commissioner, Ministry of Energy, Mines and Low Carbon Innovation, order as follows:

(

a) B.C. Reg. 21/99 is amended

(

i) by deleting the sketches for Pacheedaht Settlement Lands - 14, site number 366665, and Sombrio - Pacheedaht Settlement Lands, site number 366666, and

(ii) by cancelling the mineral and placer reserves associated with those sketches;

(

b) the Mineral and Coal Land Reserve (No Mineral Claim Registrations) Regulation, B.C. Reg. 171/2011, is amended as set out in

section 1 of the attached Appendix;

(

c) the Mineral and Coal Land Reserve (No Mineral or Placer Claim Registrations) Regulation, B.C. Reg. 280/2007, is amended as set out in

section 2 of the attached Appendix;

(

d) the Mineral Land Reserve (No Mineral Claim Registrations) Regulation, B.C. Reg. 71/2010, is amended as set out in

section 3 of the attached Appendix;

(

e) the Mineral Land Reserve (No Mineral or Placer Claim Registrations) Regulation, B.C. Reg. 271/2007, is amended as set out in

section 4 of the attached Appendix.
