Order in Council 536/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Marie-France Pelletier was reappointed as part-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a fixed term of two years, effective July 23, 2021, by Order in Council O.C. 731/2021;

And

whereas Marie-France Pelletier tendered her resignation effective January 1, 2022;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 , Order in Council O.C. 731/2021 be revoked effective January 1, 2022.
