OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated November 19, 2013, and pursuant to clause 16(1)(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act , is pleased to: (

a) approve the Minister of Natural Resources issuing a lease for a parcel of Crown land containing approximately 33 hectares (81.5 acres), located at Leamington, Cumberland County, and shown outlined in bold on the plan marked

Schedule "A", which is attached to and forms part of the Report and Recommendation, to Kevin McCormick, carrying on business under the name of Kevin McCormick Sales and Service with a registered office at Springhill, Cumberland County, his successors, trustees, and permitted assigns, for the purpose of developing and maintaining an operation for the collection of maple syrup and related activities and for no other purpose, on such terms as the Minister deems appropriate; and (

b) execute such documents as to achieve the purposes of this Order.
