W ater Supply Area

for the Town of

King

's Point as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands in the Provincial Electoral District of Baie Verte abutted and bounded as follows:

Beginning at a point having scaled UTM co-ordinates of easting 558,695 metres and northing 5,494,639 metres;

Then running in a southeasterly direction for a distance of 781 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM co-ordinates of easting 559,168 metres and northing 5,494,018 metres;

Then running in a southwesterly direction for a distance of 1,394 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM co-ordinates of easting 557,996 metres and northing 5,493,264 metres;

Then running in a westerly direction for a distance of 1,233 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM co-ordinates of easting 556,776 metres and northing 5,493,085 metres;

Then running in a southwesterly direction for a distance of 1,208 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM co-ordinates of easting 555,850 metres and northing 5,492,309 metres;

Then running in a northwesterly direction for a distance of 626 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM co-ordinates of easting 555,321 metres and northing 5,492,643 metres;

Then running in a westerly direction for a distance of 1,393 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM co-ordinates of easting 553,975 metres and northing 5,492,285 metres;
