OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations dated May 19, 2010, and pursuant to

Section 6 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations to: (

a) enter into an agreement with the Government of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago as set out in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, or an agreement to like form and effect; and (

b) enter into arrangements with Barrington Consulting Group as set out in

Schedule "B" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, or arrangements to like form and effect.
