OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Labour dated December 21, 1999, pursuant to subsections 17(1), (2), (3) and (5) of

Chapter 246 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Labour Standards Code, and

Section 17 and subsection 19(

f) of

Chapter 235 of the said Revised Statutes, the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (

a) in respect of Susan Ashley, amend clause (

d) of Order in Council 95-120 dated February 14, 1995, by adding the phrase "and effective January 19, 2000, to appoint her to a fixed term of office of three (3) years" immediately after the phrase "in respect of the same matters"; and (

b) in respect of Donna G. Cameron, amend Order in Council 95-693 dated September 6, 1995, by striking out the phrase "at pleasure" in clause (

d) and substituting the phrase "and continuing for a fixed term of office for three (3) years effective January 19, 2000".
