Order in Council 1362/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 8(2) of the Coroners Act , as amended,

Dr Aristotle Voineskos of Toronto

is hereby reappointed as a part-time member of the Death Investigation Oversight Council to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding two years, effective from the later of December 1, 2025, and the date this Order in Council is made.
