I, Steve Thomson, Minister of Forests, Lands and Natural Resource Operations, order that

(

a) the Hunting Regulation, B.C. Reg. 190/84, is amended as set out in the attached Appendix 1, and

(

b) the Motor Vehicle Prohibition Regulation, B.C. Reg. 196/99, is amended as set out in the attached Appendix 2.

Appendix 1

Section 19 (5) of the Hunting Regulation, B.C. Reg. 190/84, is amended by striking out “ Kwatna Estuary Conservancy (M.U. 6-11) ” and substituting “ Kwatna Estuary Conservancy (M.U. 5-8) ”.

Section 1 (8) of

Part 2 of

Schedule 1 is amended

(

a) by adding “ 1-2, ” after “ 1-1, ”, and

(

b) in paragraph (

d) by striking out “ position 49° 15’ 27” north latitude, 124° 00’ 17” west longitude; ” and substituting “ position 49° 09’ 29” north latitude, 124° 01’ 22” west longitude; ” and by striking out “ (position 49° 19’ 37” north latitude, 124° 10’ 07” west longitude) ” and substituting “ (position 49° 11’ 40” north latitude, 124° 05’ 53” west longitude) ”.

Section 4 (1) (

d) of

Part 2 of

Schedule 1 is amended by striking out “ 1-2, 1-4 to 1-6 or 1-10, ” and substituting “ 1-2 or 1-4 to 1-6, ”.

Section 6 (14) of

Part 2 of

Schedule 6 is amended by striking out “ ‘2010 Moose GOS Zone B of 6-15’ ” and substituting “ ‘2014 Moose GOS Zone B of 6-15’ ”.

Appendix 2

Section 39 of

Schedule 2 of the Motor Vehicle Prohibition Regulation, B.C. Reg. 196/99,

is amended by striking out “ November 15 ” and substituting “ November 30 ”.
