Order in Council 1435/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1494/2020, dated November 5, 2020, Daniel L. Besso was reappointed as a member of the Township of Hamilton Police Services Board to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not to exceed three years effective from the later of October 18, 2020, or the date this Order in Council is made;

Therefore pursuant to

section 27 of the Police Services Act , as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 1494/2020, dated November 5, 2020, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
