OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated January 27, 2005, and pursuant to

Section 7 of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen in right of the Province of Nova Scotia to: (

a) purchase from Timber Creek Forest Products Incorporated, its administrators, successors, or assigns, 2 parcels of land shown outlined in red on Schedules "A" and "B" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation and containing 245.2+ hectares (606+ acres), situated at Skye Mountain and MacLeod Settlement, Inverness County, for the purchase price of $98,000, subject to the condition that Timber Creek Forest Products Incorporated, its administrators, successors, or assigns, be able to certify title to the land in a manner deemed sufficient by the Department of Justice; and (

b) prepare and have executed such documents as may be required to achieve the purpose of this Order.
