This Bill expands the objects of the Fund to include encouraging economic development for aboriginal peo ple in the entire province, including Winnipeg. Actuellement, le Fonds de développement économique local a notamment pour objet de favoriser le développement économique des autochtones vivant à l'extérieur de la ville de Winnipeg. Le présent projet de loi modifie l'objet du Fonds de sorte que ce dernier favorise le développement économique de tous les autochtones du Manitoba, y compris à Winnipeg.
