I, Mark Messmer, Chief Gold Commissioner, Ministry of Energy, Mines and Petroleum Resources, order that

(

a) the Mineral and Coal Land Reserve (No Mineral or Placer Claim Registrations) Regulation, B.C. Reg. 280/2007, is amended by deleting the following site from the Table and cancelling the coal land reserve established by reference to that site:

b) for the purpose of continuing over the parcels or tracts of land identified by Site Number 1006679 in the registry the mineral and placer mineral reserve established as Site Number 1004622, the Mineral Land Reserve (No Mineral or Placer Claim Registrations) Regulation, B.C. Reg. 271/2007, is amended by adding the following site to the Table:
