OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development dated April 24, 2001, pursuant to Sections 2, 3 and 4 of

Chapter 222 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Industrial Development Act, and

Section 10 of

Chapter 49 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Business Development Corporation Act, and

Section 59C of

Chapter 365 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, as amended, the Provincial Finance Act, is pleased to: (

a) continue financial assistance to Tim Dealer Services Inc. by way of renewal of an existing guarantee to a chartered bank in an amount not to exceed Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000) in support of an existing operating line for Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000) on terms and conditions as recommended by the Minister of Economic Development; (

b) continue to charge the said amount to the free balance of the Industrial Expansion Fund; (

c) authorize the Minister of Economic Development to execute such agreements and instruments as may be required to give effect to this Order; and (

d) assign the administration of this guarantee to the Nova Scotia Business Development Corporation or its successor, Nova Scotia Business Incorporated.
