Order in Council 919/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 190/76 dated February 4, 1976, Dr. G. J. Slowey and Dr. W.S. Bailey were appointed as a Coroner for Ontario;

And

Whereas Dr. G. J. Slowey has, in writing, resigned his appointment as a Coroner for Ontario, effective March 31, 2018;

And

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1835/78 the appointment of Dr. W.S. Bailey was terminated;

Therefore pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Coroners Act , as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 190/76, dated February 4, 1976, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
